SUMMARY

The Warewasher/Dishwasher supports the Sous Chef and the Kitchen operations. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, pots & pans, cooking utensils & knives, and tableware.

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

At least 16 years of age.
Conversational English.
Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Club’s kitchens.
Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

This is a seasonal position with a full-time schedule
Must be able to work the PM shift
Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime may be required during periods of increased member activity. When necessary, shifts may extend beyond the standard schedule, potentially exceeding 10 hours.
