· Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and other information collected automatically via cookies and tracking technologies (if applying through our online portal)
· Legal Compliance Data: Background check results, work authorization, drug test results, where applicable
· To evaluate your qualifications and suitability for employment
· To communicate with you about your application and future opportunities
· To fulfill legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP)
· To improve our recruitment and hiring processes
· To maintain application records for future hiring consideration (if permitted)
· Internal personnel involved in hiring (e.g., recruiters, hiring managers, HR staff)
· Third-party service providers (e.g., background check companies, ATS providers) who support our hiring process
· Government authorities as required by law or for regulatory compliance
· We require all service providers to protect your data through written agreements and to use it solely for the purposes of supporting our hiring efforts.
· We retain your applicant data for up to three (3) years from the date of your application to comply with recordkeeping obligations and to consider you for future opportunities.
