Cedarhurst Senior Living, LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data provided by applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”) as part of our hiring and recruitment process. It applies to information submitted directly through the ATS platform, as well as information provided during communications related to job applications or hiring (“Services”).
 

This Policy applies only to information we collect:

· Through our Applicant Tracking System and Services.

· In communications between you and the Services (e.g., email or text).

· When you interact with our employment and position advertising and applications on third-party websites (including mobile apps) that include links to this Policy.

· From other sources such as background check providers, job boards, and career fair organizers, as described below.
 

This Policy does not apply to:

· Information collected through other websites or systems operated by the Company that do not link to this Policy.

· Information collected by third parties (including affiliates, vendors, or advertisers) that may be accessible via the Services.

Additional or separate privacy notices may apply to other specific activities or platforms.

By interacting with our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
 

Children's and Minors' Data


We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 16 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 16 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. The Personal Data That We Collect or Process

You provide information directly through job applications, account creation, forms, third-party job sites, recruiters, or at career and outreach events.


We Collect Automatically


When you use and/or participate in the Services, Company and service providers may automatically collect certain data through the use of tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tools. This data may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, and interactions with the platform.

From Service Providers and Partners
We may receive personal data about you from third parties involved in the recruitment process, including job boards (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter), recruitment agencies, background check providers, or assessment vendors. These third parties may provide us with your application details, resumes, references, or assessment results to support the hiring process.


We may also permit third-party vendors (e.g., analytics tools, ad networks, background check providers) to collect or receive your data via the Services. How We Use Your Information


We use personal data to:

· Provide and operate the Services.

· You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.  

· You may request that we do not use your personal data for purposes such as targeted advertising, profiling, and sales.
