NebraskaLink Holdings, LLC collects and uses personal information submitted by applicants in connection with employment opportunities through our recruiting platform hosted by Paylocity.

Information We Collect

We may collect information such as your name, contact details, resume, employment and education history, references, compensation expectations, interview notes, and any information you voluntarily provide during the application process.

How We Use Applicant Information

Applicant information is used solely for legitimate employment-related purposes, including evaluating qualifications, managing the recruiting and hiring process, communicating with applicants, conducting background or reference checks where permitted, and meeting legal and compliance obligations.

Use of Paylocity

NebraskaLink Holdings, LLC is the controller of applicant information. Paylocity acts as a service provider and processes applicant data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations. Paylocity does not use applicant information for its own purposes.

Information Sharing

Applicant information may be shared with authorized company personnel involved in hiring, service providers supporting recruiting activities, or government authorities when required by law. Applicant information is not sold.

Data Retention & Security

Applicant information is retained in accordance with applicable laws and internal retention policies. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect applicant information.
