  • Professional and other work-related licenses, permits, certifications and/or competencies if applicable;

  • Work authorization status; 
  • References and related information; 
  • Information from social media sites if publicly available; 
  • Information pertaining to your ability to perform the essenial functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodations);
  • Information necessary to obtain a lawful background check, as well as any information obtained through a lawful background check (including criminal record history, and/or drug and alcohol screening);
  • Any other information you elect to provide to us; and/or
  • Any other information we may request in accordance with applicable law.

Use and Sharing of Information 

The Company may use and/or share the information that you submit for any of the following purposes, subject to and in accordance with applicable law:

  • Communicate with you regarding your application, your inquiries and requests, other job openings, or important notices;
  • Analyze your qualifications for the job, transfer or prom

Security, Retention, and Disposal of Information

The Company utilizes organizational, technical, and physical security measures and controls to protect the confidentiality and integrity, and appropriately limit the availability, of the information we receive under this policy. If you have reason to believe that any of your electronic interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us at ealt@apexgeotech.com.

The Company will not retain your information for longer than is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, or as is otherwise required by law.

The Company at all times complies with applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to the collection, use, sharing and retention of the information covered by this Policy.
