Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy (Last Updated July 2026)

Purpose

This policy explains:

1. What information we collect during our application and recruitment process and why we collect it;

2. How we use that information; and

3. How you can access and update that information.

Types of Information We Collect

This policy covers information that you share with us and/or information that may be acquired or produced by HC3, Inc., its subsidiaries, and its affiliates during the application and recruitment process, including:

1. Your name, address, email address, telephone number, and other contact information;

2. Your résumé or CV, cover letter, previous and/or relevant work experience, other professional experience, education history, transcripts, or any other information you provide to us in support of an application or during the recruitment process;

3. Information obtained through interviews and phone screenings, if applicable;

4. Details regarding the type of employment you are seeking, your current and/or desired salary, compensation and benefits expectations, willingness to relocate, and other job preferences;

5. Details regarding how you learned about the position for which you are applying;

6. Any sensitive and/or demographic information obtained during the application or recruitment process, such as gender, citizenship and/or nationality information, medical or health information, and/or racial or ethnic origin;

7. Reference information and/or information received from background checks (where applicable), including information provided by third parties;

8. Information relating to any previous applications you may have submitted to HC3, Inc. and/or any previous employment history with HC3, Inc.;

9. Information about your educational and professional background obtained from publicly available sources, including online sources that we believe are relevant to your application or a potential future application (for example, your LinkedIn profile); and/or

10. Information related to any assessments you may complete as part of the interview or screening process.

How We Use the Information We Collect

HC3, Inc. uses your information for purposes related to administering the application and recruitment process, including:

1. Assessing your skills, qualifications, and interests against available career opportunities;

2. Verifying information you provide and conducting reference checks and/or background checks (where applicable) if you are offered employment;

3. Communicating with you regarding the recruitment process and your application(s), including, when appropriate, notifying you of other potential career opportunities with HC3, Inc.;

4. Creating and/or submitting reports as required by applicable laws and regulations;

5. Assisting you, upon request, with obtaining an immigration visa or work permit when required;

6. Improving HC3, Inc.'s application and recruitment processes, including efforts to enhance diversity in recruitment practices;

7. Complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests; and/or

8. Proactively researching your educational background, professional experience, and skills and contacting you if we believe you may be a suitable candidate for a position with HC3, Inc.

We may also use your information to protect the rights and property of HC3, Inc., our users, applicants, candidates, employees, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

If you are offered and accept employment with HC3, Inc., information collected during the application and recruitment process will become part of your employment record.

Who May Have Access to Your Information

1. Your information may be shared with our affiliates, subsidiaries, or joint ventures in the United States and other jurisdictions for the purposes described above. If you have been referred for a position by a current HC3, Inc. employee, and with your consent, we may inform that employee of the progress and outcome of your application.

2. HC3, Inc. may engage service providers acting on its behalf to perform certain services described in this policy, including identity verification and background checks. These service providers may be located outside the country in which you reside or the country where the position is located.

3. HC3, Inc. may be required to disclose your information to external third parties, such as labor authorities, courts, tribunals, regulatory agencies, and/or law enforcement authorities, to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

4. We may also share your personal information with third parties when we have your consent (for example, if you authorize us to contact your references), to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of HC3, Inc., our users, applicants, candidates, employees, or the public, or as otherwise required by law.

5. It is your responsibility to obtain consent from your references before providing their personal information to HC3, Inc.

6. HC3, Inc. operates globally, which means your information may be stored and processed outside the country or region in which it was originally collected, including in the United States. In some jurisdictions, you may have fewer legal rights regarding your personal information than you do in your country of residence. Regardless of where your information is processed, HC3, Inc. applies the same protections described in this policy and takes appropriate steps to safeguard information collected, processed, and stored during the application and recruitment process.

Retention of Your Information

If you apply for a position with HC3, Inc. and your application is unsuccessful, you withdraw from the process, or you decline an employment offer, HC3, Inc. may retain your information for a period of time following the conclusion of the recruitment process.

We retain this information for various reasons, including:

• Responding to or defending against legal claims relating to recruitment decisions;

• Considering you for other current or future employment opportunities with HC3, Inc.; and

• Better understanding, analyzing, and improving our recruiting and hiring processes.

Please note that HC3, Inc. may retain certain information where required by law or where necessary to protect its legal interests.

Your Rights Regarding Your Information

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These rights may include the ability to:

• Request access to your personal information;

• Update or review your personal information;

• Request deletion or anonymization of your information; and/or

• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information by HC3, Inc.

Changes to This Policy
