4. Data Retention

We retain candidate information for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Consistent with Washington State and federal recordkeeping laws, certain application data may be retained for up to three years. If you are hired, your application materials may become part of your employment record.


5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
     
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements

This includes, but is not limited to, Washington State privacy and employment requirements, as well as local ordinances such as Seattle’s Fair Chance Employment and Paid Sick and Safe Time ordinances.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our applicant portal after updates indicates your acknowledgment of the changes.
