National Renal Care, LLC  (“the Company”) collects and maintains personal information about employees, job applicants, and contractors for business-related and legally required purposes. We collect and use this information for the following purposes:

  • To process payroll and tax documentation

  • To manage personnel files, job performance, and workplace operations
  • To maintain health, safety, and emergency preparedness

We do not sell or share employee personal information for commercial purposes. However, we may disclose information to:

  • Payroll processors and benefits providers
  • Insurance companies and retirement plan administrators

All third-party vendors are required to maintain strict data protection standards.

The Company retains employee records for the duration of employment and for a minimum of three (3) years following separation, or longer if required by applicable law.

While current privacy laws may not require it, the Company respects employee privacy. Employees may request to review or update their personal information by contacting Human Resources at HR@NationalRenalCare.com.

There will be no retaliation or adverse treatment for correcting or updating personal information unless such updates materially impact job qualifications or legal compliance.
