Job Applicant Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all individuals who apply for employment with ServIT Inc., including external applicants and referrals, and governs the collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal and sensitive personal information submitted during the job application process.

Automated tools like cookies may be used to track applicant interactions with the website.

3.7 Retention and Disposal

Data will be retained only as long as necessary and securely disposed of when no longer required.

3.8 Security Measures

ServIT Inc. implements appropriate controls to protect data. Breaches should be reported to support@servit.net.

4. California Notice at Collection

Under the CCPA/CPRA, applicants are entitled to notice the following at or before the point of data collection:

· The categories of personal and sensitive personal information collected.

· The purposes for data collection and use.

· Whether the information will be sold or shared.

· The length of time data will be retained, or criteria used for retention.
