BMG Conveyor Services of Florida, Inc. dba Davis Industrial
Effective August 11, 2026
Purpose. This policy explains how Davis Industrial collects, uses, protects, and maintains employee information in connection with employment and the Paylocity human resources and payroll platform.
1. Scope
This policy applies to current and former employees, applicants where applicable, and other individuals whose information is maintained by Davis Industrial for employment, payroll, benefits, safety, training, compliance, or related business purposes.
The Paylocity portal is an authorized company system used to provide access to payroll, tax documents, benefits information, time and attendance records, company resources, training and performance information, and other employment-related records.
2. Information We May Collect and Maintain
Depending on an employee’s role, location, benefit elections, and use of company systems, Davis Industrial may collect and maintain information such as name, address, telephone number, personal email address, emergency contacts, Social Security number or other tax identifiers, date of birth, employment eligibility information, bank account information for direct deposit, compensation and payroll records, tax withholding information, time and attendance records, job and performance information, training and certification records, benefit enrollment information, leave and accommodation records, safety and incident information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the employment relationship.
Some records may contain sensitive personal information. Access is limited to individuals who have a legitimate business need to use the information, subject to applicable law and company procedures.
3. How Employee Information Is Used
Davis Industrial may use employee information to process payroll and reimbursements; administer benefits and retirement plans; manage time, attendance, scheduling, leave, and paid time off; satisfy tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations; manage training, certifications, safety, and regulatory compliance; support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and separation processes; maintain business records; protect company systems and assets; and conduct other legitimate employment and business activities.
4. Paylocity and Other Service Providers
Davis Industrial uses Paylocity and may use other third-party service providers to perform payroll, HR, benefits, training, retirement plan, insurance, expense, background screening, technology, and related functions. Information may be provided to those service providers when reasonably necessary for them to perform services for Davis Industrial.
Paylocity processes employee personal information on behalf of its employer clients and is subject to the employer’s instructions when processing that information. Paylocity also maintains its own privacy and security practices governing its platform.
5. Access, Confidentiality, and Security
Davis Industrial uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect employee information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and employees are expected to follow company security requirements when accessing Paylocity or other company systems.
Employees must keep usernames, passwords, authentication codes, and other credentials confidential; use only their own authorized account; log out of shared or public devices; promptly report suspected unauthorized access; and avoid downloading, forwarding, photographing, or sharing confidential employee or company information except for legitimate business purposes.
6. Employee Access and Accuracy
Employees are responsible for reviewing and keeping their personal contact, tax withholding, direct deposit, emergency contact, and other self-service information accurate and current where Paylocity permits employee updates.
Questions about payroll, benefits, personnel records, access permissions, corrections, or information displayed in Paylocity should be directed to Davis Industrial’s HR/Payroll administration rather than to another employee who is not authorized to access the information.
7. Company Access and Business Records
Information and documents maintained in Paylocity or other company systems are company business records to the extent permitted by law. Authorized company personnel may access, review, maintain, preserve, or disclose those records when reasonably necessary for payroll, HR administration, management, auditing, investigations, litigation holds, legal compliance, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
Employees should not place personal information in company systems that is unrelated to the employment or business purpose for which the system is provided.
8. Record Retention and Disclosure
Davis Industrial retains employment and business records for periods reasonably necessary to administer the employment relationship, meet operational needs, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements and company policies.
Employee information may be disclosed when required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, insurance requirement, benefit administration, audit, or other lawful process, or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.
9. Paylocity Privacy Information
Paylocity maintains a Client Employees Privacy Statement describing how it processes personal information relating to employees of its clients. Employees who want additional information about Paylocity’s privacy practices may review Paylocity’s Privacy Center.

Davis Industrial may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in company practices, systems, service providers, or applicable law. The version posted in the Paylocity portal will be the current company version unless otherwise stated.
This policy is intended as an internal privacy and system-use notice. It does not create a contract of employment, alter the at-will employment relationship where applicable, or limit any rights or obligations established by applicable law, an employee benefit plan document, or another controlling company policy.
11. Questions
Employees with questions about this policy, their employee information, or access to Paylocity should contact Davis Industrial HR/Payroll administration.
