When you apply to work with Sanra III/Sanra IV (our locally owned Great Clips salons), we collect and use your personal information to manage hiring.
Information you provide such as your name, contact details, resume/work history, availability, references, interview notes, and (if required for the role and permitted by law) license/credential verification and background check information. If you apply online, we may also collect basic device/usage data.
To review your application, communicate with you, schedule interviews, verify qualifications, complete legally permitted checks, keep hiring records, and comply with legal requirements.
Hiring team members and trusted service providers that help with recruiting and screening (such as application platforms and background check providers). We do not sell applicant information.
We keep applicant information only as long as needed for hiring and legal/recordkeeping purposes.
You can request access or corrections, and in some cases deletion, by contacting us.
