Candidate Privacy Notice

Wilcore Technologies Inc. (“Wilcore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information submitted by applicants and candidates for employment. This Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information provided by individuals who apply for positions with Wilcore.
By submitting your application through our Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice.
1. Information We Collect
During the recruitment process, we may collect and process the following categories of personal information:
• Contact Information: Name, mailing address, telephone number, email address.
• Employment & Education History: Resume/CV, work experience, academic qualifications, certifications, references.
• Application Data: Position applied for, work eligibility information, compensation expectations, responses to assessments or interviews.
• Voluntary Self-Identification Data: Race/ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability status (collected for federal reporting compliance). Providing this information is voluntary, and declining to provide it will not impact your application.
• Background & Verification Data: If applicable, results of background checks, work authorization, or security clearance information.
• Other Information: Any additional information you voluntarily provide during the hiring process.
2. Purpose of Collection
We use candidate information for the following purposes:
• To evaluate your qualifications and suitability for employment.
• To communicate with you during the application and hiring process.
• To comply with applicable federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity and OFCCP recordkeeping obligations).
• To maintain records of the hiring process for compliance, audit, and business purposes.
• To protect the security and integrity of our systems and operations.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share your information under the following limited circumstances:
• Internal Use: With Wilcore Human Resources, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers with a business need-to-know.
• Service Providers: With third-party vendors that provide services such as applicant tracking, background checks, assessments, and related recruitment support, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, government reporting requirements, or lawful requests from authorities.
• Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or other corporate restructuring.
We do not sell or rent candidate personal information to third parties.
4. Retention of Information
As a federal contractor, Wilcore is required to retain applicant and hiring records for a minimum of two years (or three years if the Company has 150+ employees or government contracts of $150,000 or more), in accordance with OFCCP requirements. We may also retain information longer if required by law, regulation, or for the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Once retention periods expire, information will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our records management policies.
