The Company may process the following categories of personal information about you collected during the application and job interview process and in the course of your employment from yourself, your supervisor, and authorized third parties (i.e., recruitment agencies and public authorities): your name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity, government identification (e.g., Social Security, Driver’s License, Passport), user ID, email address, mailing address, phone number, banking and other financial information, Trade Union membership, information related to your job, health-related information, salary and benefits, equity compensation, your use of company equipment and resources, your communications and their content, your work performance, disciplinary actions taken against you, and family related data (e.g., marital status).  The Company also processes personal information on dependents should you provide it.

The Company may process personal information for the following purposes: administration of your employment relationship, providing payments and applicable benefits, managing your daily job activities, compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Company policies and procedures, communicating with you, safety and security, managing company assets, performance management, compliance with corporate financial responsibilities, audit requirements, and cost and budgeting analysis and controls.
