Employment Related Information Privacy Policy

Employment files are collected and retained by the Human Resources department and are considered confidential and the property of Montana Hospital Association (MHA) in accordance with local, state, and federal records retention laws.  This information will be used for employment-related actions and decisions, including, but not limited to, hiring, compensation, benefits, promotion, and other decisions made either prior to or during employment.
