Notice of Privacy Practices for Recuro Health Job Applicants

  • Sensitive Personal Information (only as permitted) - Race/ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability status (voluntary and for EEO compliance). Background check and drug test results (where applicable).
  • Inferences - Derived from application data to assess qualifications or fit for a position.  We do not sell or share applicant personal information.

2. Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

We collect this information to:

  • Review your qualifications and process your application.
  • Communicate with you during the hiring process.
  • Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., EEO reporting).
  • Maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.

3. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You are responsible for the information you provide to Recuro Health and ensuring that it is honest, truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any way.

  • Authorized Recuro Health employees involved in the hiring process.

We retain applicant data only as long as necessary to complete the hiring process, comply with legal obligations, or maintain your candidacy for future roles (unless you request otherwise).

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Notice from time to time without prior notice. We will post those changes on this page in addition to updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this webpage. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted.
