- Technical Data: IP address, browser/device data, and usage information when you apply through our online systems.
Why We Collect Your Information
We collect and use candidate data for the following lawful and contractually required purposes:
- To assess suitability for employment and/or federal contact work.
- To evaluate qualifications, credentials, and security clearance eligibility.
- To comply with federal contracting requirements, including background investigations, E-Verify, and FAR/DFARS regulations.
- To prepare for potential onboarding and security clearance submissions (e.g., SF-86, e-QIP).
- To meet obligations under federal equal opportunity and affirmative action laws (e.g. OFCCP compliance).
- To respond to audits, inquiries, or investigations from contracting agencies.
How We Share Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Internal Teams: HR, recruiters, security personnel, and hiring managers involved in the evaluation process.
- Government Agencies: U.S. government entities (e.g., DoD, DHS, DoS, etc.) as necessary for security clearance, background checks, and contract compliance.
- Third-Party Vendors: Background check providers, applicant tracking platforms, and government-mandated employment verification services (e.g., E-Verify).
- Auditors or Investigators: In response to lawful audits or investigations related to our government contracts or security procedures.
We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.
Data Security
We employ physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to meet the standards required under federal cybersecurity and privacy frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FISMA). Access to personal data is restricted to those with a business need and security clearance where appropriate.
Data Retention
We retain recruitment-related data in accordance with applicable federal laws and regulations, such as:
- EEO, and OFCCP recordkeeping (minimum of 2 years).
- Background investigation records (per agency and contract requirements).
- Personnel security data (retained securely until contract termination or individual debriefing).
You may request to have your candidate profile deleted unless prohibited by federal law or ongoing contract requirements.

- Correcting inaccurate information.
