HALO takes the privacy of our employees very seriously; likewise, HALO takes the privacy of our donors, volunteers, adopters and potential adopters very seriously.

Donors, volunteers, adopters and potential adopters entrust us with their personal information, at no point should that trust be compromised.

The use of information obtained by HALO included, but not limited to fundraising, personal contact details (name, address, phone, email) from the Matchmaker Questionnaire, Adoption Contract, activities is provided to HALO with the confidence and expectation that HALO (its employees, entities, partners, etc.) will not use that information for any purpose other than the original intension.

Further, accessing or using personal information of our donors, adopters, potential adopters or business partners for any purpose other than the originally intended purpose is strictly prohibited and considered grounds for termination.
