This policy applies to all employees, applicants, contractors, temporary workers, and third parties who access or process personal information for Condado Tacos. Its purpose is to protect personal information and ensure it is collected, used, shared, retained, and disposed of appropriately.
We may collect contact, identification, employment, payroll, benefits, tax, performance, training, security, system access, and legally required compliance information. Sensitive information, such as health, leave, accommodation, or protected classification information, is collected only when permitted or required by law.
Condado Tacos uses personal information for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, training, compliance, workplace safety, security, investigations, legal obligations, and business operations. Individuals may request access to or correction of personal information as permitted by law and company procedure. Suspected privacy incidents must be reported immediately so Condado Tacos can assess, contain, investigate, document, and respond as appropriate.
Company systems, devices, networks, applications, facilities, and communication tools are provided for business purposes and may be monitored, accessed, reviewed, or audited as permitted by law and company policy.
