As part of our hiring process, Visionix USA Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. During recruitment, we may collect and process personal data such as your name, contact details, résumé, employment history, interview notes, and, where applicable, background check information. This data is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications and suitability for employment with Visionix USA Inc. and is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and relevant state consumer privacy laws.
 

Your information may be shared internally with Human Resources personnel and hiring managers involved in the selection process, and externally with authorized third-party service providers, such as background check agencies. All personal data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for recruitment purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. If you are not selected for employment, we may retain your data for a limited period to consider you for future opportunities. If you are hired, your recruitment data will become part of your official employee file.
