· Criminal History: As per New Jersey’s Ban the Box” Law (P.L. 2014, c.9), employers are prohibited from inquiring about an applicant’s criminal history until after a conditional offer of employment is made. We will not ask about or consider criminal background information during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
