Collabrios Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals applying to join our team. This Recruiting Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information during our recruiting process. It applies to all applicants residing in any U.S. state and to all recruiting conducted remotely by our company.

This policy applies to personal information collected as part of the recruiting and hiring process, whether submitted directly by you or obtained from other sources in connection with your application for employment with us. We recruit remotely and accept applications from all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We retain candidate records as required by law and as necessary for legitimate business purposes. If you are not hired, we may retain your information for consideration for future roles unless you request deletion.


 

7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make hiring decisions.
