This policy applies to job applicants and candidates who apply for positions with us in the United States, including our offices in Pennsylvania, California, New York, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas.

New York, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas currently do not provide additional applicant privacy rights under state-specific privacy laws, but we still apply reasonable standards of care to protect applicant data in these jurisdictions.
