Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy

Purpose:

This policy covers the information you share with ARC Health OpCo, LLC ("ARC Health"), and/or which may be acquired or produced by ARC Health or its affiliates during the application or recruitment process, including: - Contact details (e.g., name, address, email, telephone); - Resume/CV, cover letter, work and education history, references; - Interview notes and assessments; - Employment preferences (e.g., desired compensation, location, relocation preferences); - Information on how you heard about the position; - Demographic data (where applicable and legally permitted); - Background check and reference information; - Publicly available information (e.g., LinkedIn profiles); - Assessment results.


 

How We Use Information We Collect

ARC Health uses your information to support our hiring process, including: 

- Assessing your qualifications and job fit; - Verifying references and background checks (if applicable); - Communicating with you during recruitment;

- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations; - Assisting with visas or work permits (if requested); - Improving our recruitment process; 

- Maintaining security and preventing fraud. If you are hired, the information becomes part of your employment record. Where applicable, we collect and process your data: 

- As needed to take steps before entering into an employment contract; - In compliance with legal obligations; 

- Based on your consent (where applicable);

 - To pursue our legitimate interests in recruiting talent. Special category data (e.g., health or demographic information) is processed only as allowed by law.


 

Who May Have Access to Your Information

Your data may be shared with: - ARC Health’s affiliates and subsidiaries; - Service providers (e.g., background check firms), subject to confidentiality obligations; - Legal or regulatory bodies if required by law; - Third parties with your consent (e.g., to contact references). All recipients are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws and this policy.

Retention of Your Information

If you are not hired, we may retain your data for a reasonable period (e.g., for compliance or to consider you for future roles). You can request deletion unless retention is required by law.
