When you contact us or utilize this website, we may ask for certain personal information. The types of information LHTC requests include your name and contact information (addresses, phone numbers, and emails), job search criteria, employment experience, educational background, job skills, employment and personal references and/or other background information.

LHTC uses personal information and other data collected in order to provide you with information regarding career-related and employment opportunities and to otherwise provide you with our information and services. The jobs portion of the LHTC website is powered by Paylocity. When you submit application information on your resume, your personal information is hosted in a segregated area of Paylocity servers and your personal information is subject to Paylocity’s Privacy Policy. Resumes and other personal information forwarded to LHTC via job boards such as Indeed and others are also subject to their respective privacy policies.

In order to process payroll or perform background checks, LHTC may collect personal data including your drivers’ license, social security or tax identification number. 

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages regarding services offered or being performed by LHTC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SSMS consent can be withdrawn at any time. SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. 

LHTC may disclose information to the extent necessary to government agencies, advisors and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws or protect the rights or property of LHTC.

We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security along with internal policies and procedures to protect all information provided by applicants from, loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
