WAI Global uses Paylocity to manage parts of our recruitment process, including job applications, self-scheduling for interviews, and candidate communication.
 

Paylocity acts as a data processor or service provider, processing personal data on our behalf and strictly under our instructions. Their processing activities are governed by contractual obligations, data protection laws, and their own internal policies.
 

When you interact with candidate-facing pages hosted by Paylocity:

  • Your application data may be stored or processed on Paylocity's systems
  • Cookies and tracking tools (e.g., pixel tags, browser analytics) may be used
  • Biometric data may be processed under specific conditions (see BIPA policy)

6. Data Retention

Your data will be retained:

  • For 4 weeks after the end of the application process if not hired
  • Up to 1 year with your explicit consent to remain in our talent pool
  • 7 years post-employment, if hired, to meet legal obligations

We securely delete or anonymize data after the applicable retention period.
