Tencarva uses Paylocity as our internal applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR platform. All applicant data is entered, stored, and managed within Paylocity’s secure cloud-based environment.

 

Paylocity is a third-party service provider that adheres to robust data protection and security standards and is contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

 

5. Data Sharing

We limit access to your information to internal personnel involved in the recruiting process, including human resources, hiring managers, and interviewers.


 

We may also share your information with:

  • Paylocity, for processing and storage of applicant data
  • Background check providers, if applicable and with your consent
  • Government agencies, if required by law or legal process

We do not sell your personal data.

 

6. Data Retention

Unless you request otherwise, we retain applicant data within Paylocity for a period of one (1) year after the conclusion of the hiring process to evaluate your suitability for future opportunities and maintain compliance with employment regulations.

Paylocity implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and secure user authentication, to safeguard applicant data. Tencarva also limits access to sensitive data and provides training to staff on confidentiality and data handling best practices.
