We will   respond to requests in accordance with the CCPA if we can verify your   identity or the identity of your authorized agent submitting the request.

A   California resident may designate an authorized agent registered with the   California Secretary of State to submit a disclosure or deletion request on   behalf of the California resident. For Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. to respond   to a request from an authorized agent, we may: (1) Request a copy of the   written permission granting the authorized agent to make such a request on   the California resident’s behalf; and (2) Verify the identity of the   California resident. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does   not submit proof that they have been authorized by a California resident to   act on their behalf.

Exception to Disclosure to Comply with Law

Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc., will not use or disclose protected health information (PHI): (1) to conduct a criminal, civil, or administrative investigation into or impose criminal, civil, or administrative liability on any person for the mere act of seeking, obtaining, providing, or facilitating reproductive health care, where such health care is lawful under the circumstances in which it is provided; and (2) for the identification of any person for the purpose of conducting such investigation or imposing such liability.

Data Retention

Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. will retain and use your personal information or data no longer than is necessary for the purposes outline in this Privacy Notice, or as required to comply with our legal obligations under HIPAA or other applicable laws. Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. may also retain and use your personal information and data to the extent needs to resolve disputes and enforce legal agreements.
