I. PURPOSE
This Policy is meant to address how applicant data is protected in the hiring process at Maryland Wellness. Such a policy is crucial for demonstrating transparency, respecting applicant rights, and complying with evolving data privacy laws. This policy will be posted on all public-facing candidate-facing pages, including Job Applications posted through the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to ensure that candidates are aware of how the potential employer collects and uses personal information throughout the hiring process.
