• EEOC data (race, gender, veteran status, etc.) for compliance tracking

Pre-Hire Data (After an Offer Is Made)

Once a conditional offer is extended, additional data may be collected, including, and not limited to:

• Drug screening results (if applicable)

• Signed offer letters and employment agreements

• Immunization records, where required for employment in compliance with healthcare regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Payroll and tax-related information
