· All candidate data is collected through our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Paylocity.

2. How We Use Candidate Information

Your information is used solely for the purpose of:

· Assessing your qualifications for the position applied for

· Contacting you regarding your application

· Facilitating interview scheduling and communications

· Internal reporting and recruitment planning 

We do not use your information for Marketing Purposes

3. Who Has Access

Access to candidate information is strictly limited to authorized Human Resources (HR) administrators at Arbiter. We do not share your data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain candidate data for a period of two (2) years from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
