All personal information provided by, or collected from you, or if your application progresses with us, from third-party sources as part of the recruitment process, is handled following privacy and data protection laws and these Terms of Use. CVMG may occasionally have other employment opportunities available. If we identify you as a possible fit or another role, we may utilize this information and make you aware of positions you may be suitable for. If you are selected and offered employment with CVMG, this information will be retained and transferred to your employee file and used to manage any employment or other relationship with CVMG. During the offer process, when supplying personal references and you disclose their contact information, CVMG encourages you to make that person aware, in advance of us contacting them, and confirm that the reference has consented to such collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information.
