By accessing or using Paylocity, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

When using Paylocity, we collect and process the following types of personal data on behalf of our organization:


a. Employee Data

  • Full name, home address, date of birth
     
  • Contact details (phone number, email address)
     
  • National ID numbers, tax identification numbers, or social security numbers (where applicable)
