Global Healing Center, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) utilizes an external text messaging platform to communicate with job applicants (“candidates”) regarding the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is protected, and the rights candidates have related to text messaging communications.

By providing your mobile phone number to the Company and opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


2. Information We Collect

When you choose to receive text messages from us, we may collect:

  • Mobile phone number provided by you during the application process or through other communication channels.
     
  • Message content, including messages you send to us and messages we send to you.
     
  • Delivery and engagement data, such as whether a message was delivered, opened, or responded to.
     

We do not collect any additional personal information via text messaging beyond what you voluntarily provide

We do not sell candidate information, including mobile numbers or messaging data.

Despite these measures, electronic communication carries inherent risks and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.


7. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

“STOP”

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive recruitment-related text messages, though we may continue to contact you via email or phone as needed for your application.

If you wish to opt back in, you may reply:

“START” or “UNSTOP” (depending on carrier instructions)


8. Data Retention

We retain text message data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Complete the recruitment process
     
  • Meet legal, audit, or compliance requirements
     
  • Maintain records consistent with company policy
     

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.


9. Candidate Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access to your personal information
     
  • Correction of inaccurate information
     
  • Request for deletion of your information
     
  • Withdrawal of consent for text messaging

I acknowledge and agree that [Global Healing Center, LLC] may contact me via text message at the mobile number I provided regarding my job application, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related communications. I understand that message and data rates may apply, that participation is voluntary, and that I may opt out at any time by replying STOP. I confirm that I am the authorized user of the mobile number provided. I also understand that my information will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Candidate Text Messaging Privacy Policy.
