When you apply for a position with us through our applicant tracking system (Paylocity), we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifying Information: Full name, email address, phone number, home address
  • Employment History: Resume/CV, cover letter, references, prior employers, titles, responsibilities
  • Education Details: Schools attended, degrees earned, certifications
  • Eligibility and Compliance Data: Work authorization status, background check results (if applicable)
  • Voluntary Demographic Data: Race, gender, veteran status, disability status (for EEO reporting, if collected)
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser data (collected by Paylocity for system security)

We use applicant information solely for legitimate business and employment-related purposes, including:

Your application information will be retained in accordance with federal and state requirements and for as long as necessary to consider you for future opportunities, unless you request deletion (see Section 5).
