SMS communications may include:

• Follow-up questions

• Hiring decisions or offer-related communication

Message frequency varies based on the hiring process. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

Applicants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For assistance, applicants may reply HELP or contact the HR department directly.

We will not use SMS messaging for marketing purposes and will not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for advertising or commercial marketing.


5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share applicant personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Information may be shared only:

• With authorized company personnel involved in the hiring process

• With secure service providers (e.g., Paylocity) supporting recruitment operations

Applicant information is retained within our secure HR systems, including Paylocity, in accordance with applicable federal and state employment record retention requirements and our service provider’s system capabilities.

We retain applicant records for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.

Where deletion or removal is permitted, records are managed in accordance with our data governance and compliance obligations.
