When you apply for a role with us contact information (e.g., name, phone number, email, address), resume or cover letter content, employment history, education, and qualifications, professional references and work eligibility, background check and credit authorization information, (where applicable and authorized) and other information you provide during interviews or assessments. We collect and process your data based on your consent (e.g., when submitting an application), our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates, and our legal obligations under employment law and nondiscrimination laws. We use the information you provide to evaluate your qualifications, contact you regarding your application status, schedule interviews or assessments, conduct background, credit, or reference checks (with your consent), comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain records for internal reporting and compliance. We retain applicant data only as long as necessary for recruitment and legal compliance purposes. If you are not selected for a position, we may retain your data as permitted under federal and state data retention laws to consider you for future opportunities. 

You may request deletion or access to your data by contacting us. You have the right to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent at any time, request deletion of your data (unless required for legal retention), and be notified of any data breach affecting your information. For background checks, your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) will be separately provided if applicable.
