Background and Screening Information

Voluntary Self-Identification (Federal Contractor Requirements) 

As a federal government contractor, we are required under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and VEVRAA to request voluntary self-identification of:

  • Disability status 

Providing this information is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to provide it will not impact your application or hiring decision. 

This information is: 

  • Used strictly for compliance reporting and affirmative action analysis 
  • Maintained separately from hiring decision records 
  • Accessible only to authorized personnel

Once the retention period expires, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
