Applicant Data Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all applicants who engage with our hiring process. This policy outlines how we handle applicant data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

1. Purpose of Data Collection: Applicant data is collected solely for the purpose of managing the recruitment process. This includes contacting applicants, evaluating qualifications, and making hiring decisions.
2. Use of Data: The information provided by applicants will be used exclusively for:  1) Communicating with applicants regarding their application status; 2)  Coordinating interviews and assessments, and 3)Evaluating candidates for current and future job openings
3. Data Sharing: Applicant data provided to North Forty Lodging through Paylocity's application system will not be shared with additional third parties outside of our organization. It will not be sold, rented, or disclosed for marketing or unrelated purposes. 
4. Data Retention: Applicant data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, in accordance with applicable laws and internal retention policies. 
5. Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard our applicant data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 
6. Applicant Rights: Applicants may request access to their data, correction, or deletion by contacting North Forty Lodging's People & Culture Department.
