MedCura Health respects the privacy of individuals who apply for employment with our organization. This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, maintain, and share personal information submitted through our careers site and recruitment process.

How We Share Information

Applicant information may be accessible to authorized members of our Human Resources team, hiring managers, organizational leaders, and other individuals who have a legitimate business need to participate in the recruitment or hiring process.

We may also share information with service providers that assist us with recruiting and employment-related services, including Paylocity, which we use to support our recruiting and applicant tracking processes.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority.

We do not sell applicant personal information.

Paylocity itself describes collecting applicant information such as contact details, work experience, education, licenses and certifications, work authorization status, references, and information applicants choose to provide. 


Data Retention

We retain applicant information for the period reasonably necessary to administer our recruitment process, meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements, maintain appropriate employment records, and consider applicants for future opportunities where appropriate.

For applicants who become employees, relevant information may become part of the individual's employment record and will be maintained in accordance with applicable record-retention requirements and organizational policies.


Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Applicants should understand, however, that no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Recruitment Platform

We use Paylocity to facilitate portions of our online recruitment and application process. Information submitted through the recruiting platform may therefore be processed by Paylocity on our behalf in connection with the services it provides.
