Cadillac Coffee Co. (“Cadillac Coffee”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information in the recruitment and hiring process. Personal information is defined as any information that makes an individual identifiable.

This Recruitment Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) describes how Cadillac Coffee collects and uses your personal information in the recruitment and hiring process. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Notice and applicable law, the appliable law governs.

This Privacy Notice only applies to the personal information of job applicants and potential candidates for employment during the recruitment and hiring process. 

 

By submitting your personal information to Cadillac Coffee, you acknowledge that:

3. Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties as described in this Privacy Notice; 

4. You are not required to provide any personal information; however, your failure to do so may result in Cadillac Coffee not being able to continue with your candidacy in the hiring process; and

5. You are responsible for the information you provide to Cadillac Coffee and ensuring that it is accurate and not misleading in any way.


 During the recruitment and hiring process, Cadillac Coffee collects personal information from job applicants to use in determining an applicant’s eligibility for hire and to communicate with the applicant during the hiring process. The personal information that Cadillac Coffee collects during the recruitment and hiring process may include:

· Contact information, such as name, telephone number, fax number, physical address, email, and username;

· Previous work experience, compensation, education, degrees, language, and other skills and employment related information;

· Professional and other work-related licenses, permits, and certifications;

· Work authorization status;

· Information relating to references; and

· Any other information you elect to provide.


 Cadillac Coffee collects personal information from applicants at the time that an applicant submits a job application either directly to Cadillac Coffee or to Cadillac Coffee though a third-party recruitment platform such as LinkedIn or Indeed. The personal information that is collected is limited to the information that the applicant provides in his/her job application.

 

In the hiring process, Cadillac Coffee may disclose applicants’ personal information to third-parties for the purpose of conducting a background check, motor vehicle report, and/or credit-report. As a result of these activities, additional personal information may be generated. 

 

Cadillac Coffee stores the personal information that it collects and/or generates during the recruitment and hiring process though a cloud-based software maintained by Paylocity. Cadillac Coffee reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice as required by changes to our business processes or applicable law. We will post any changes to this Privacy Notice on this page.
