Purpose:

Our policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our services, as well as your privacy rights and how the law protects you. The purpose of this “Privacy Policy is to inform users of our Site of the following:

  1. The personal data we will collect;
  2. Use of collected data;
  3. Who has access to the data collected; and 
  4. The rights of Site users.

By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Types of Personal Data We Use:

We only collect data that helps us achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.  We will not collect any data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.  The data will be collected through a candidate’s employment application and includes the following:

  1. First and last name;
  2. Preferred first name;
  3. Age;
  4. Email address;
  5. Phone number;
  6. Mailing address;
  7. Work history; and
  8. Education history.

How We Use Personal Data:

Data collected on our Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this privacy Policy.  Uses include:

  1. Sending you communications, including by email; and
  2. Growing and improving our operations in order to deliver and maintain an excellent candidate and employee experience. 

Who We Share Personal Data With:

Employees

Members of our organization who need access to user data for the purposes set out in this Private Policy will be given such access.  


Third-Party Disclosures:

We will not share or sell your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

  1. If the law requires it;
  2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;
  3. To prove or protect our legal rights; and 
  4. To buyers or potential buyers of the company in the event that we seek to sell the company.  

We do not control third-party Sites or their privacy policies and practices.  Users who click on links that lead you to another Site do so at their own risk. 


Personal Data Storage:

Personal data will be stored in our HR files for the purpose of potential employment as well as employment in fact.  The Site will maintain a candidate profile on each candidate for no less than two years, and no less than two years after the end of employment.

You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.


Personal Data Protection:

In order to protect your personal data, we store data using Paylocity software.  All data is accessible to select employees.  Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.  

While we strive to maintain strong security measures for user data and user protection, the inherent risks associated with the internet cannot be entirely eliminated.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute data security beyond what is reasonably achievable.  


Children:

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age.  Should we find that personal data from a child under 13 years of age was collected, we will delete said data as soon as possible.  Our OnCall Experts Home Team may be contacted by a parent or guardian, should a child under 13 years of age provide us with personal data.

Modifications:

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to reflect changes in our data collection practices.  We will update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Privacy Policy to indicate any revisions.  Users are encouraged to regularly review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of any updates.  If significant changes occur, we may also notify users by email.
