Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin (“BGCSM”) collects and uses personal information from job applicants for employment-related purposes, including evaluating qualifications, communicating with candidates, conducting reference or background checks (where applicable), administering our recruitment systems (including Paylocity), and complying with legal obligations.
The personal information we collect may include identifiers (such as name and contact information), professional and employment information, education history, application materials, interview notes, and other information you choose to provide during the hiring process. We do not sell or share applicant personal information for commercial purposes.
Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applicants may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions. Applicants may also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
