The information collected is used strictly for business and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating internal communication via text and other messaging platforms
  • Scheduling and coordinating client sessions
  • Providing supervision and administrative support
  • Emergency notifications or updates
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and legal regulations

3. Use of Text Messaging Platforms

Limitless ABA, LLC may utilize secure text messaging platforms to streamline communication between employees and management, including scheduling, urgent updates, and client-related communication.

By signing this policy, employees acknowledge and consent to:

  • Receiving work-related text messages on personal or company-issued devices
  • Having certain personal information (such as name and phone number) shared within the company for operational use
  • Refraining from using personal or non-approved messaging platforms for work-related communications involving client names or Protected Health Information (PHI)

4. Confidentiality and Security

  • All employee information is handled with confidentiality and stored securely using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
  • Text message communications may be monitored and logged to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, including HIPAA.
  • Employees must use discretion and maintain professionalism when using messaging platforms.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share employee personal information with third parties, except:

  • When required by law (e.g., subpoena, legal investigation)
  • With authorized vendors/platforms contracted by Limitless ABA, LLC to provide communication, scheduling, or administrative services
  • In emergency situations where disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of staff or clients

6. Employee Rights

Employees have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about them
  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated information (subject to business needs or legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications
