 Chapters Living uses the candidate texting feature within Paylocity to enhance our communication with job applicants. This may include, but is not limited to:

· Interview scheduling and reminders

· Job application updates

· Employment-related follow-up communications

· Pre-employment onboarding and compliance communications

Through the texting feature, we may collect and process the following types of personal information:

· Full name

· Mobile phone number

· Application status and job interest

· Communication content and response

· Any additional personal information shared by the candidate via text

Use of Information

The information collected through the texting feature will be used exclusively for recruitment and employment-related communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By engaging with us via the texting feature, you also agree to the terms of Paylocity’s privacy notices.

By providing your mobile phone number and engaging in communication through the texting feature, you are providing express consent to receive text messages from Chapters Living related to your application or employment. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

Candidate communication data, including text messages, will be retained in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws. Once the data is no longer necessary for recruitment or compliance purposes, it will be securely deleted.
