This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, share and safeguard your personal data through our Careers Page, which is managed using Paylocity’s Recruiting module.

 

Information We Collect via Paylocity Recruiting

When you apply for a position through our Careers Page, the Paylocity Recruiting module collects and stores information you voluntarily provide including:

 

Identifiers:  Name, contact information, IP address, user ID.

Professional/Employment Info:  Resume, cover letter, job history, education, certifications.

Demographic Data:  Race, gender, veteran status (voluntarily provided).

Other Personal Information:  Preferences, responses to application questions.

The personal information collected through Paylocity is used for legitimate business and legal purposes, including:

If you are offered and accept employment with us, the information collected during the application and recruitment process will become part of your employment record.

International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may be different. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), where applicable.
