We do not sell your data—ever.

  • Authorized SBS employees involved in the hiring process
     
  • Background screening providers (e.g., Checkr)
     
  • Our HR technology provider (Paylocity), who securely stores candidate data on our behalf
     
  • Government agencies, if required by law
     

4. Data Retention

We retain your candidate data for a period consistent with legal requirements and our internal policies—typically up to 3 years—to support recordkeeping and future hiring opportunities. You can request removal or correction of your data at any time (see below).


 

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Request access to or a copy of your data
     
  • Correct or update your information
     
  • Withdraw from the recruiting process
     
  • Request deletion of your personal data, where applicable

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely within the Paylocity platform using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We restrict access to your information to only those who need it to support the hiring process.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top of the policy will reflect the most recent version. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
