PRIVACY STATEMENT

The Company believes that it employs trustworthy and reliable employees and respects the rights of individuals to keep private lives separate from the Company business. Security and other business reasons make it necessary at times, however, to search Company property or otherwise obtain access to data, electronic communications via computers, or written communications on our property. While the necessity to conduct searches of Company property may be infrequent, the purpose of this policy is to clarify and communicate the Company’s right to do so at any time in the Company’s sole discretion. The Company regards lockers, desks, file cabinets, furniture, telephones, Company-provided cellular phones, facsimile machines, computers, Company-owned vehicles, and other equipment and workspaces as Company property. It is our policy to require employees who use their own locks or security systems on Company property to provide keys, combinations, computer, telephone, and facsimile passwords or codes, etc. to the Company so that ready access is available to management. The Company reserves the unlimited right without notice to search those locations including, but not limited to, computer files, e-mail, voice mail, and any personal items that may be stored therein. The Company may monitor or record business phone conversations for the purpose of improving service to our customers. Employees, therefore, should not keep personal papers and belongings at work or send messages that are unsuitable for disclosure to management.
