When you access or use our Recruiting Platform, you may choose to provide us with information by which you may be personally identified, such as:

· Account and contact information – including name, username, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, or fax number.

· Demographic information – including gender or education status.

· Employment information – including previous work experience, compensation, education, work authorization status, or reference information.

· Professional information – including licenses, permits, certifications, awards, or professional memberships.

· Other information that you choose to provide us.

Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive additional information about you from third parties. For example, we may receive information from third-party platforms (if you submit an application through one), previous employers, recruiters, or references. 

Information Collected Automatically 

When you access or use our Recruiting Platform, our third-party service providers (such as Paylocity) may use technology to automatically collect information about you, which may include personal information. Information collected automatically may be collected through cookies and other tracking technologies. We do not control these third-party technologies or their use. Minors

Our Recruiting Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. 

How We Use Your Information

We use the information that you provide to us or that we collect about you, including any personal information:

· For recruitment or hiring purposes.

· If hired, for employment purposes.

· To communicate with you.

· To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights.

· To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it or that we may describe when you provide the information.

· For any other purpose, with your consent. 

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your information to comply with any court orders, laws, or legal processes, to respond to any government or regulatory request.

Security of Your Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your account and personal information confidential. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via online platforms cannot be completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Recruiting Platform. 

Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. 

Retaining and Deleting Your Information

We retain your information as long as necessary to fulfill the recruiting and hiring process or for as long as legally permitted or required. 

If you are hired, we will retain your information for the duration of your employment and thereafter as long as legally required or appropriate. 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may, in our sole discretion, update our Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version of this Policy here. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you by sending an e-mail or notification through the Recruiting Platform. 

The date this Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Policy to check for any changes. By continuing to use our Recruiting Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of any changes posted.
