Take2 Consulting SMS/Text Alerts Privacy Notice

Take2 Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This SMS/Text Alerts Privacy Notice ("Notice") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you opt in to receive text message (SMS/MMS) alerts through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment purposes.

This Notice applies specifically to our text messaging service, which may include notifications about interviews, application status updates, hiring process steps, reminders, and direct communication with recruiters. 

1. Information We Collect When you opt in to receive text alerts (e.g., by enabling the feature in Paylocity or opting in during application) we may collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your name and other identifiers linked to      your application (e.g., candidate ID)
  • The content of any messages you send to us      via text (e.g., replies, questions)
  • Metadata related to the messages (e.g.,      timestamps, delivery status)

We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., precise geolocation, financial data) through this SMS service unless you voluntarily provide it in a message.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information solely to:

  • Send you automated or manual text      notifications about your job application process, including interview      scheduling, reminders, status updates, next steps, and recruiter      communications.
  • Facilitate two-way communication between you      and our recruiters (e.g., answering questions or providing updates).

These messages are primarily transactional/non-marketing in nature (related to your specific application), though frequency may vary based on your application progress.

3. Consent and Opt-In By enabling text alerts in our ATS or providing your mobile number and expressly consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Take2 Consulting at the number you provided.

Consent is voluntary and not a condition of applying for or pursuing employment opportunities with us. You can opt out at any time (see below).

4. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP      (or "UNSUBSCRIBE," "END," etc.) to any text we send.
  • You may also opt out by contacting us      directly at careers@take2it.com or      updating your preferences in the ATS.

We will process opt-out requests promptly (typically immediately or within 24 hours) and send a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated texts, though we may contact you through other channels (e.g., email) if needed for your application.

5. Message Frequency, Costs, and Carrier Disclaimer Message frequency varies depending on your application status and interactions (e.g., interview reminders, status changes). Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information:

  • With our ATS provider and service vendors      (who act as processors under our instructions and are bound by      confidentiality).
  • As required by law, court order, or      government request.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

7. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over mobile networks is 100% secure.

By opting in to text alerts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Notice.
