Professional & Application Information

Resume or CV, cover letters, work history, educational background, professional licenses and certifications, and references

Assessment Information

Responses to application questions, skills assessments, pre-employment tests, and interview notes

Background Check Information

Criminal history (where permitted by law), employment verification, education verification, motor vehicle reports, and reference check results

How We Use Your Information

DCS uses your personal information for the following purposes:

We retain candidate data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. Due to the nature of our applicant tracking system, some data may be retained for extended periods.

DCS takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted data transmission, and vendor security assessments. While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
